01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the tk1010 platform (accessible at tk1010.net and any associated mobile or desktop application), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and tk1010 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.

By continuing to use the tk1010 platform after any amendments to these Terms are published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated version in full. tk1010 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the tk1010 platform and all services offered thereon is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tk1010 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, and you have not been excluded from using tk1010 by our responsible gaming team.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a tk1010 employee or affiliated company, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

tk1010 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a user's registration process or thereafter. Acceptable proof of age includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

03 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on tk1010, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the tk1010 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk1010 reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

tk1010 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your registered name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account displaying your name and mobile number.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being held pending. tk1010 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk1010 recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) for additional account security. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified tk1010 in writing of a suspected security breach.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

tk1010 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via selected Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

All deposits are credited to your tk1010 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST on a Bangladesh business day are typically processed on the same day. tk1010 does not charge platform processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which tk1010 accepts no liability.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your tk1010 account registration details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals of bonus-funded winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full prior to the withdrawal request.
• tk1010 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or fraud indicators. During such a review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for up to five business days.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

tk1010 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the relevant page of the tk1010 platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional credits issued by tk1010:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are held separately from your cash balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-funded winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if requirements are not met within this period.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
• tk1010 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus credits if it reasonably suspects that a user is exploiting a promotion through coordinated, systematic, or otherwise abusive betting patterns.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new player. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a registered tk1010 account.

tk1010 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect users who have already commenced satisfying the wagering requirements of an active bonus at the time of the change.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the tk1010 sportsbook and all real-money games played in the tk1010 casino are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible from within the relevant game or betting market interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across the tk1010 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk1010 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a wager after it has been placed, except in circumstances where tk1010 identifies a manifest pricing error (see below).
• In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, game malfunction, or technical fault resulting in inaccurate bet outcomes — tk1010 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by event, market, account tier, and time of day.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. tk1010 does not influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the relevant game studio and are audited independently.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected sports events. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it is subject to the same finality rules as pre-match bets.

tk1010 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed internal risk thresholds, bets placed in a manner that suggests information advantage, or bets that appear to be placed as part of a coordinated betting scheme.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the tk1010 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform's payment channels.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games without human intervention.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors in a deliberate or systematic manner to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other players (commonly referred to as "matched betting" for the purpose of extracting bonuses without genuine risk) in a manner that constitutes promotional abuse.
• Attempting to access another user's account, or knowingly accepting funds from another user's account as part of a third-party payment arrangement.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by tk1010.
• Making any public statement, posting, or communication that is defamatory, threatening, or harassing toward tk1010 staff or other platform users.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

tk1010 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if tk1010 reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The account holder has provided false identity or verification documents.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed against a deposit made to the account.
• The account holder has been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or is subject to international sanctions.
• Continuation of the account would expose tk1010 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, tk1010 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonus amounts, and accumulated loyalty points. Where account closure is initiated by tk1010 for reasons unrelated to user misconduct (for example, a business decision to withdraw service from a particular region), any verified cash balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Account holders who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the tk1010 support team. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk1010 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface elements, text content, software code, game assets, betting market data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk1010 or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk1010 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the tk1010 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software or design.
• Use the tk1010 brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of tk1010 intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies. Game content displayed on the tk1010 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others, and is used under valid commercial licence agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1010 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bet outcomes, game outcomes, or sports event results.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss of any kind, including loss of profits or anticipated savings.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, server interruptions, or connectivity issues that prevent access to the platform or the placement of bets.
• Delay, loss, or corruption of data transmitted to or from the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, tips, predictions, or commentary published on the platform or linked resources.

tk1010's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits tk1010's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

tk1010 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantively affect user rights or obligations — tk1010 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the registered account holder's confirmed email address.

Your continued use of the tk1010 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange for the closure of your account and the return of any verified cash balance.

tk1010 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, game, or promotional offering on the platform at any time without liability, provided that any disruption is communicated to affected users as promptly as reasonably practicable.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and international online gaming best practices. tk1010 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform committed to transparent, fair treatment of all users.

In the event of a dispute between you and tk1010 regarding any aspect of these Terms or the platform's services, you are encouraged to contact the tk1010 support team in the first instance. The support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Disputes raised through the formal complaints process will receive a written response within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. tk1010 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently in the interests of maintaining trust with its Bangladeshi player community.
